WELCOME TO THE SUPERHERO HANDBOOK!

I'm ecstatic that you're here! The Superhero Handbook was born out of a personal desire to live a healthier and happier life. As I learned more, I realized that there was so much information out there about forming healthy habits, increasing happiness and confidence, and living a less stressful & more mindful life. These lifestyle changes can seem intimidating at first, but luckily they aren't that difficult if you have the right tools and resources to guide your journey! 

 

I share what I've learned here in the hope that others (who aren't prepared for a vigorous fitness trainer or can't afford a life coach) can find some easy ways to become happier and feel more in control of their physical health, mental state, and much more.
